I spent 20 in corporate finance before I made a career pivot of my own. I know what it feels like to be good at your job and still feel stuck — to have the title, the salary, and still wonder if you’re on the right path. That experience is why I do this work now.
I believe emotional intelligence is one of the most underrated assets in a fast-paced corporate career. Most coaching focuses only on the strategy — the resume, the interview answers, the negotiation script. I focus on that too, but I start somewhere most people skip: understanding who you actually are, what’s really holding you back, and what you want your working life to look like. Clients have told me I look at them “like a whole human,” not just a set of career problems to solve — and that’s exactly the approach I bring to every session.
My coaching centres on three things: overcoming burnout, navigating career pivots, and stepping into leadership with real confidence. I work with graduates, mid-career professionals, and executives across Sydney, particularly in tech, finance, data, and AI. Every program I run is four weeks, because I’ve found that’s enough time to build real clarity and momentum — not just a to-do list that fades in a fortnight.
